Separate the cream from the Oreo cookies. Place the cookies in the bowl of a food processor, and the cream filling into a large microwave safe bowl. Crush the cookies in the food processor until you're left with a nice, coarse, sandy texture. Pour cookie crumbs into a gallon-sized bag, along with the powdered sugar. Gently shake and combine them in the bag and set it aside.
Add in the white chocolate chips to the bowl with the Oreo cream. Microwave in 30 second increments, stirring after each one, until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Add in the cereal a few cups at a time to the bowl and gently stir/fold to coat the cereal completely. Continue until all of the cereal has been added.
Carefully dump the coated cereal into the powdered sugar bag. Keeping the air in the bag, seal it tight. Shake the bag well to coat the cereal, about 30 seconds to a minute.
Pour the coated cereal onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Allow it to sit for 1-2 hours until completely dry. Once dry, store in an airtight container for up to 5 days!
