    The Best Pumpkin Bread

If loving pumpkin spice is wrong, then I definitely don't want to be right!  Especially when it comes to pumpkin bread. Well, not just any pumpkin bread. THIS pumpkin bread. It's a super moist and flavorful loaf that will give you all the fall feelings.  It's not too sweet, so it's perfect as breakfast, a snack, or even dessert.

INGREDIENTS NEEDED FOR THE BEST PUMPKIN BREAD

This easy pumpkin bread is so delicious and ready in just over an hour. Here is a list of everything you'll need to make it:

    • All-purpose flour

    • Baking soda

    • Salt

    • Spices

    • Pumpkin puree

    • Granulated sugar

    • Vegetable oil

    • Eggs

    • Vanilla extract

    MAKING THE PUMPKIN BREAD

Just a few super simple steps stand between you and a freshly baked loaf of pumpkin bread. Here's what you'll need to do:

Step 1: First, you'll add all of the wet ingredients to the a large bowl-- this will be the pumpkin puree, granulated sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Whisk everything together until smooth.

Step 2: Next, add all of the dry ingredients to the bowl-- that will be the flour, baking soda, salt, and spices.  Whisk everything together just until combined and the batter is smooth.

Step 3:  Pour the batter into a greased standard size loaf pan (and lined with parchment paper, if desired) and pop in 350°F preheated oven for about 50-55. That's it!

TIPS FOR THE BEST PUMPKIN BREAD

    • Use pumpkin puree, not pumpkin pie filling. It might sound silly, but I'm sure almost everyone has done it at some point. You want to be sure to use pure 100% pumpkin puree, and not pumpkin pie filling! A lot of cans look similar to one another, so be sure to read the label carefully.

    • Don't skimp on the spices! One of the best parts about pumpkin goodies are the warm spices that come along with them. To really get that classic pumpkin spice flavor, I don't recommend cutting back on the spices.

    • Don't over mix the batter. Over mixing batter can make your breads dense and gummy. To make sure your pumpkin bread comes out fluffy and soft, whisk your ingredients just until the batter is formed and there are no more floury bits!
