If loving pumpkin spice is wrong, then I definitely don't want to be right! Especially when it comes to pumpkin bread. Well, not just any pumpkin bread. THIS pumpkin bread. It's a super moist and flavorful loaf that will give you all the fall feelings. It's not too sweet, so it's perfect as breakfast, a snack, or even dessert.

Let's bake pumpkin bread!
This easy pumpkin bread is so delicious and ready in just over an hour. Here is a list of everything you'll need to make it:
• All-purpose flour
• Baking soda + Baking powder
• Salt
• Spices
• Pumpkin puree
• Granulated sugar
• Vegetable oil
• Eggs
• Vanilla extract
Aside from just being delicious, another great thing about this recipe is that it's a one bowl recipe! And who doesn't love fewer dishes?! I know I do! Now, here's how to begin!

First, you'll start by adding all of the dry ingredients to the bowl-- that will be the flour, baking soda, baking powder, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Whisk everything together until it's all combined.
Next, you'll add all of the wet ingredients to the same bowl-- so this will be the pumpkin puree, sugar, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract. Then just whisk together until everything is combined and the batter is smooth. Then, you'll just pour the batter into a greased loaf pan and pop in the oven for about an hour. That's it!

Can I substitute vegetable oil?
Yes! If you don't have vegetable oil on hand, that's okay! For this recipe, you can replace vegetable oil with canola oil or melted butter. Use the same measurement amounts.
Pumpkin puree tip
There are a lot of brands of pumpkin puree out there, and different brands tend to have different consistencies. Some brands of pumpkin puree will have more liquid to them, resulting in a wetter bread batter. For this recipe, you want to use a pumpkin that has less liquid to it. My go-to pumpkin puree of choice for baking is always Libby's. It's a staple in my pantry!

I hope this pumpkin bread is the bread of your dreams! Happy baking! ♥
