The only way I can think of to make brownies even better is to top them with more chocolate! These are thick and chewy brownies that are topped with a layer of creamy chocolate ganache. What's not to love?!

INGREDIENTS FOR CHOCOLATE GANACHE BROWNIES
Let's get baking! Here is a list of everything you'll need to bake up a batch of these decadent ganache brownies:
• All-purpose flour
• Cocoa powder
• Salt
• Espresso powder
• Unsalted butter
• Vegetable oil
• Granulated sugar
• Eggs
• Vanilla extract
• Heavy cream
• Semisweet chocolate bar

MAKING THE BROWNIES
This brownie batter comes together in just minutes! Here's what you'll need to do:
Step 1: Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease an 8x8 baking pan and lining with parchment paper, if desired, and set aside.
Step 2: In a large bowl, mix the flour, cocoa powder, sugar, and salt together until combined.
Step 3: In a separate bowl, whisk together the melted butter, vegetable oil, eggs, and vanilla extract.

Step 4: Add the wet ingredient mixture into the dry mixture and whisk together just until combined.
Step 5: Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and spread it out evenly. Pop into the preheated oven and bake for 32-35 minutes. Allow the brownies to cool completely.
MAKING THE GANACHE
Step 6: Heat the heavy cream in a microwave safe bowl or cup for about a minute until very warm. Add in the chopped chocolate bar. Let sit for about 2 minutes.
Step 7: Using a fork or a small whisk, mix the heavy cream and melted chocolate together until combined and the ganache is thick and smooth.
Step 8: Pour the ganache onto the cooled brownies and spread into an even layer. Pop the brownie into the refrigerator for 30 minutes to an hour, or until the ganache is set.

TIPS FOR THE BEST BROWNIES
• For less gooey brownies, bake longer. The baking time listed in this recipe will yield a chewy brownie with a fairly gooey center. If you want your brownies a little more firm, add an additional 2-3 minutes to the baking time.
• Allow ganache to set completely. To make it easier to cut these brownies into squares, make sure that the ganache on top is totally set.
