Steps for making blueberry pancakes
These pancakes are SO easy to make! There's just 3 easy steps until you're ready to slather them in syrup and butter, and dig in. Here's what you do.
Step 1: Whisk together the dry ingredients, then add in the wet ingredients (leaving out the blueberries), and mix until smooth.
Step 2: Pour pancake batter onto your preheated griddle and add the blueberries on top.
Step 3: Flip once they've started to bubble. Cook the other side.
And they're done! It's that simple!

Tips for making the best pancakes
Use a measuring cup to portion batter. For this recipe, I use a ⅓ cup measuring cup. Using a measuring cup will help make each pancake the same size.
Don't skimp on the blueberries! I love getting big pops of blueberries in every bite when I have blueberry pancakes, so you want to be sure to add lots of them!
